Ionic - not turning on

Hi,

My Ionic is not turning on - Power is off, and seemingly wont recharge. It's happened previously and I managed to get it working again by doing a restart (pressing and holding the main button and bottom button for 5+ seconds) but it isn't working this time. The last time I had to do it was less than a week ago - how do I either (a) get it working or (b) contact customer support to help get a new one or remedy the situation.

Hi,

 The same issue with my ionic bought on 17th May 2019 and had been working without any issue as of now. It has stopped turning since this morning. I searched community pages and come across the link https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Ionic/Ionic-screen-won-t-turn-on/m-p/2941390#M69413 where people are talking about the issue after 12 months of Ionic use..

Exactly the same thing is happening to me.  during the firmware update it froze and now wont turn on or recharge.  It's really frustrating as it seems that the update did something to it 😞
