Hello. My Ionic device cannot turn on after factory reset. I did all the possible instructions for this, but it was not successful. please help

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post. Since the steps from my previous post didn't fix the issue, please try our factory reset procedure following the next steps and let me know if your Ionic revives:
Take in consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc.

Hi. My Ionic is off and the 0% battery is displayed on the screen. I pressed all the buttons to reset, but no action was taken
