Over the past few weeks my ionic's screen has been fading in and out and goes black, but eventually returns, however the sides were always discoloured. At times the screen would pixelate. Now it has gone dead. It has been on charge all night and nothing. What to do?

Hi @Alè, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for your post and for the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation
Looking forward to your reply.

My device is total unresponsive. For about 2-3 months now (probably since 2 firmwear updates ago), the screen has been pixelating and then goes black and then comes back. It becomes dim and fades to grey. It happens mostly on the clock face, can happen on the other 'pages'.
The sides of the watch face started going permanently grey about 2 weeks ago but then on Sunday (3 days ago) it just stopped. It still had about 40% charge before it died.
This is my 3rd style of Fitbit Since 2014, I’m pretty loyal to the brand. I only bought it last June (2019) and is only 14 months old.
I'm hoping that I can get it repaired or replaced.

My ionic finally restarted again today, 2 September, however it is showing the wrong date, 31 August and time 14:44, when the time is 22:15. The screen is still fading in and out. How do I update the time so that it shows the correct details? See photo attached. Note faded screen and white on sides of clock face.

Note strange colours
