Ionic not turning on

Hi,

My ionic fitbit doesnt work. It was poweredd off  automatically some days ago, and even when I charge it nothing happens. I tried to restart it pressing "main botton" (on left sife) and the inferior botton of right side, following the steps I found on the Internet and this chat support.

In the past I also lost the GPS connection, so when I run, my Fitbit didn't give me any information about speed or position.

Please, I need help, as this Fitbit is just one year old and I use it a lot.
