Ionic not under warranty

So, I bought my ionic in November of 2017... didn't like the size,  bought the versa on August of 2018... notice the ionic was not attached to my account for a full year.   Once I got the versa, I found out I couldnt connect both... very poor idea fitbit.   Ive recently started marathon training and wanted to start using my ionic... that's right! It won't charge or turn on! Customer service says they will give me a coupon for 25% off! Are you kidding me! The darn thing should work!! This is crap fitbit... you need to fix this asap!
