Received a replacement ionic today. Of course it wants to update, update got 50% downloaded and quit. It fails now without getting started. Any suggestions. The device appears frozen. Hale1

Thanx, I called support and the first time worked. My real problem was I'd
forgotten how to do the reset 😕 then couldn't find the right community to
post the answer.
