Ionic not vibrating

My iconic vibrates when my phone rings but doesn’t vibrate on message notifications.  I have reset and restarted everything, it is all update to and the setting have been checked numerous time.   Very annoyed.

@stevn3 Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried. 

 

I would like you to verify that your notifications set to "on" in the power tray: 

 

  • If they are not set to "On", set it to On and try again.
  • If they are set to "On", try the tips in this article
