I am really disappointed in my Fitbit Ionic and the response I received from Fitbit. Spent quite a few pennies on this item and really mad that after less than 3 years there is NO repair option but a discount on not even the newest models. Grrrr

I had the exact same response. There is clearly a systemic issue as several people are experiencing the same thing at the same time. I was told, sorry, you are outside of the warranty so we cannot help you anymore. Forget the fact, this is my third watch and I’ve been a member for over six years. They also shut down their phone and chat access.

I am not happy with Fitbit's response to my Ionic dying after doing an update.

My Ionic was a waste of time and money. I paid way too much for 18 months of use.

Hi guys,
My Ionic died this weekend too after I did an update....I believe I am not the only one who now regrets installing the update. I did "everything" to try and fix this watch. All my Ionic can do now is tell the time...and that only lasts a couple of hours because the battery now drains crazy fast. Out of warranty...out of luck! Luckily I know a good cure for my Apple watch envy.
