Ionic not working after 1 week of not using it

I didn't wear my ionic for like a week. It died. When I recharged it, it was stuck on the last date i wore it. Also the time didn't change. Its 1/2 hr. fast. None of the leds on the back are blinking, but it does count my steps. Also the fitbit app tells me to make sure my device is on.

The time is set automatically when you sync with your device.  For the other, try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

Iv'e done what youv'e suggested dozens of times already. The app keeps
telling me to power up or charge my device. It's fully charged, and paired
to my phone.
