Ionic not working after removing charger cable

I have an ionic  when it's battery shows me 6% i connect it to charge but from last seven days is not working when I go to charge it it shows battery 0 % after charging for an hour it's remain show the same 0% battery life some time shows 99% battery and when remove the charger cable it's turn off what is the issue is this pls help me in it

My ionic star some time time but when I remove charger it's turn off and some time while connect charger heart sensor and it's led never turn on
