Ionic not working after swim yesterday

It keeps flashing on and off. First noticed it when I went for a surf and it was 50%battery but it was nearly dead when I got out. Went for a swim later and it didn't work right. It told me I had clock error so I changed clock. It's gauges I uploaded. It's not picking up HR anymore either.
