So, today I decided to test my ionic fitbit water resistance capability.
Oh I was proven wrong!!! It ain't water resistant at all!!!
It stopped working, restarted itself a couple of times and went completely off.
Then when trying to start it, it shows a temperature icon and goes off!!!
I am pissed and only had it for less than a month....ridiculous...I am going to get my refund back.
Want an active smart watch?! Well this is okay, but just don't to the pool with it....SMH...pretty useless!!

I had issues with my previous Ionic device, and the team has been amazing in trying to resolve this for me asap.
Well, I went to my retailer, but they had no clue on how to fix it, and asked me to record videos while the issue was reoccurring after swimming. This was a bit exhaustive. I did that, but never fixed the issue.
All I want to say is thank you to the Fit Bit team for promptly responding and communicating with me to resolve the issue and replacing the device. **ahem** I received it within 3 days, thank you express post :-).
I am certain I am not going to swim with this again, but I am very happy with the product an other features and an amazing customer service.
Let me post this review on google.
Cheers,
Gloria.
