Hi Team,
I just used Fitbit ionic for swimming for the very first time & it stopped working (the screen is blank) after swimming, I am not able to switch on the Fitbit ionic I tried recharging it but it's not charging.
Kindly assist me.

Hi,
I had tried the troubleshooting options but so far no luck, the support team which I have contacted mentioned that the device been used since 2019, but I am not sure on what basis they have mentioned it used from 2019 since I bought this device which is a very brand new one from Flipkart just two months back. I had already raised this issue with Flipkart.
Would like to get more assistance on this issue.
