My ionic was working perfectly fine. Received a notice to update my Fitbit. Tried update but getting unsuccessful messages. Tried numerous attempts with recommendations from online support. Called customer support who were at a loss as well. After 45 mins they recommended doing a factory reset which they walked me through. After 57% download it failed again. Called customer support again and on the phone for over one hour, trying different solutions again, none of which worked. Spoke with a supervisor who could only offer me 25% off a New Ionic because it was just over a year and half old, so over the warranty period. Frustrating part is that it worked completely fine until I did the recommended update! Very disappointing service. Would not recommend doing the update or getting a Fitbit!
