Ionic not working and has water damage

In the last 2 months, I’ve been having major issues with the HR monitor not tracking my heart rate on my Ionic. It’s been struggling to hold charge and now it’s hardly responding. It flicks between menus whenever it wants to and I’ve noticed there is condensation on the sensors on the back. This is supposed to be water resistant up to 50m and the only water that gets on it is from the shower, doing the dishes or just sweat. I’ve tried sitting the watch in rice for the last week with no change. I also don’t think I should have to do this.
