Ionic not working at all - Black screen

 Hi, 

 

I`ve had my Ionic for a couple of months until it stopped working. First the touch screen and then it went completely  black. When I charge it it shows 0%, and thats it.

 

Surfing the forum I`ve surprisingly seen that a lot of people have the same issue! I`ve tried all troubleshooting with no results. What is the fastest way to get a new one?

 

 

I`ve already:

Cleaned contacts: Check

Reset Device: at least 20-30 times Check

Tried different USB ports & Different power connections: Check

Allowed Device to charge even though it did not show 'Charging ??%" on the screen for at least an hour: Check
