My Fitbit Ionic is not working, when it torn on, it does not come out of the fitibit logo. what should I do?

Mine did the same thing. It died and then would not turn on. Juts contact fitbit customer service and they will send you a replacement free of charge.

I'm sorry to see you've experienced some trouble with your Ionic's display. Some users have been able to resolve by performing a restart procedure, however, while sending your information to the Customer Support team I've been informed that you already have a case created with them and they're providing you with assistance, so you should be getting a reply soon.
