Purchased new Ionic 6 days ago very excited - and unfortunately have not been able to use the device at all.
Attempted Sync with iPhone 8 for 5 days - unrecognised in full until today
Attempted charging - Ionic would turn on and off intermittently, sometimes would show full charge sometimes battery would be in the red
Now after finally getting the software update complete and completing a sync with my phone, the device DOES NOT WORK WHEN TAKEN OFF THE CHARGER!!
I'm so disappointed - have been a long time FitBit Customer and purchased this new ionic on my way overseas and have been unable to use it at all.
Has anyone else experienced this problem? Any solutions floating around out there?

It is worth noting that I contacted FitBit directly and did all of the troubleshooting options they provided me with - nothing has worked

@RuanFB I would suggest, if you have been through all the troubleshooting suggested by Fitbit Customer Support and it still doesn’t work, you take it back to point of sale and exchange it for one that does
