Ionic WILL charge to 98% then in a matter of 6 hrs it’s dead. Btw, the left and top right buttons only work when “they” want to. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance

Hi @GcP1218,

 

It sounds like something may be wrong with the battery if it's only lasting 6 hours.  Even with All Day Sync and all notifications turned on, it shouldn't be lasting only 6 hours.  I would contact Support (link is at the bottom of the page) and ask them for a battery test.  Be prepared to take pictures in case they ask for proof.
