Ionic not working, stuck on logo, Bluetooth intermittently working got a mind of its own

Ionic appears to have a mind of its own, Bluetooth intermittently working, clock face will come off and on if not stuck on logo. 

When clock working, can’t wipe screen just appears stuck on clock... 

tried changing clock, 

tried reboot 

tried off and on 

tried factory setting but won’t work! 

Charging ok 

mans syncing ok when Bluetooth deciding to work... appears to me that shortly after 12 months (not even 13 months) it decides to pack up !!!

Just seems to have totally given up now... and won’t do the update either
