After spending nearly every penny I had on this, i bought it before it was released, two months in, not registering sleep, stoped counting steps by half after latest update. It is now basically useless. Yes, I have reset it, every day. Now I need to know how to completely restore to factory settings like new, going to completely un load it and reload it. My guess is Fitbit is not going to cover this. I don't know what to tell them. I do not use most features. I'm disabled and do not have a smart phone, I bought it because it's the only device Fitbit has that is water proof. Any ideas? It also takes real exagerted movements to register anything. This has completely failed me. Last night even though I added steps before hitting the bed. It said I went to sleep at 9 P.M., when it was actually after 11 P.M..

So I may not be able to help out with all of this, but have you tried looking at the battery life of your device? The more power it loses, the more steps you will lose and the more inacurate your sleep will be. You can check the battery life by swiping left on your watch. There is a way that you can do a factory reset, which I believe someone else can help you with.
