Hello,
My Fitbit Ionic ran out of battery and I was not able to charge until four days later and now it's no longer working.
This is what I have tried:
Charged for several hours and then tried to turn it on - nothing.
Cleaned both the back of the watch and the charger to see if it was a charge problem - nothing.
Tried a factory reset - unsuccessful.
Tried to sync via app - devicecdevice be found.
Checked the charger and charging cable to make sure everything is working properly - charger is working fine, charging cable was never stored in a tight place or squished.
Never wore watch during shower or submerged it into water.
This is the first time I had to let the Ionic battery die before I charged it because I didn't have access to the charging cable.
This Fitbit Ionic is not even a year old.
Not sure if I still have the original packaging.
What are my options now? Thank you!

My ionic used to not kick into life if the battery completely drained, I had to hold all 3 buttons together for a prolonged period of time before it started up again, it sounds as though you've tried that. Sorry I can't be of more help
