My Ionic stopped tracking steps and has -- for heart rate. Date and time are correct. Did 2 resets, a factory reset and still nothing is working. Asks to calibrate starts calibration and ends up with a big red X spent 4.5 hours constantly doing firmware updates and still asking to do more. This is my 6th Fitbit product. Really don't want to have to purchase another if I have to I'm going to switch companies/brand. I love my Fitbit but there always seems to be issues. What else can I try? Can't find a customer service number to call. Please help.

My husband and I are experiencing similar issue on our versa & charge. Today seems better 🤞🏻 You can’t call them you have to contact them via Twitter (I had to create an account last time I had problems!).

Thank you was hoping that I didn't have to create a Twitter account. Guess that is my next step. I did another factory reset today and still no luck.
