Ionic notifications only show when Ipad is unlocked.

I don't have a smart phone, with that said It would still be useful to me to have the notifications working properly with my Ipad Air 2 (ios11).

I only receive messages/notifications on the Ionic if the ipad is unlocked.

I do receive the notifications on the lock screen they are just not being pushed to the Ionic.

Allow Notifications: On

Show On Lock Screen: On

Show in History: On

Show As banners: On

Calls / Text / Calendar : All on in app.

Hey there @photolight. Thanks for the details that you've mentioned. It's pretty weird that you're not getting the notifications in your Ionic when your iPad Air 2 is locked.

I would like you to disable all the notifications, force quit the app, reset bluetooth, restart your Ionic, refresh notifications and then set them up again. Just make sure that this time your lock screen and security settings allow to accept them while the iPad is locked.

Keep me posted.
