Hi all

I do receive text messages, FB messages and WhatsApp BUT I have to manually check for any new messages - meaning I'm not alerted to receiving them ?

Any help would be appreciated..

May I ask what are you saying?

Does the tracker receive notifications but does not vibrate?

I'd the tracker on it's DND mode?.

Does restarting the ionic help, is there ionic been set to not disturb you?
