Ionic only sends, does not receive data

My Ionic hasn't been receiving any data but has no issues sending. 

I don't get notifications, messages, or data from my Charge 2. Note: the Charge has no issues getting data from the Ionic.

Is the device you are trying to sync to a supported device?
