Ionic - only showing fit bit logo

Hi Guys,

i tried to install Apple Pay and that was a disaster locking my ionic, after getting that fixed I am now stuck with the Fitbit logo. I have done 3 button reset 30 plus times with combo of deleting app on phone, deleting from computer and deleting from Bluetooth. Essentially everything in the forums and it has not helped at all. This has been ongoing for over 3 weeks. Really regretting adding Apple Pay. Can you advise next course of action? Cheers
