My ionic, with firmware version 27.70.7.14 has stopped showing text/data. It is only showing icons. Both on the watch face and when I scroll through apps.
I have tried multiple resets using both the left button and the bottom right button, and resets using all three buttons.
And I think a shutdown in settings, though I am not positive, since there is no text in the settings app. I can scroll and see a bunch of empty fields, if I click on the settings gear icon, if I scroll all the way to the bottom, click that empty field, then scroll to the bottom again, clock the empty field there are two empty boxes, one with a red outline (I'm assuming clicking that is a shutdown).
I am still getting email/text notifications but they only show the sending, and not the content of the message.
I have tried switching my watch face and trying various reset combinations that has not resolved anything.
My phone is an Android running Fitbit version: 3.18
I'll add that syncing is still working and I can see total steps and things on my phone app, but no data on the watch. Though the progress icons on my watch face (flashring2) are still correctly updating, just no numbers next to them.
The Spotify app still works correctly.
The alarm app doesn't show any text other then the enabled/disabled clock

Just as an update on this. We couldn't resolve the problem. Doing a full system restore back to factory settings resolved the issue.
