My ionic stopped working, the Fitbit icon only appear on it. I tired a hard reset n that didn’t work as well. Do you have any idea what I need to do?

I appreciate the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. I would like you to remove your Ionic from Bluetooth, make sure your app is up-to-date and set it up as a new device.
