Ionic out of warranty - feedback

Only 3 months out of warranty and my second Ionic has little lines going through it. Was on the phone multiple hours with Fitbit and best they will do is offer me 25% off.  Spending over $1000.00 on Fitbits and this is the best they can do? Unacceptable for these to only last 15 months and no abuse.

I appreciate the time you took to share your experience in the Forums. Sorry to hear that you've experienced this with your Fitbit devices. It is particularly difficult when the device is no longer covered by the warranty, but even tough Support is eager to help with any problem you may experience with the product, they do need to adhere to the official warranty policy, this would start counting from the original date of purchase.
