Ionic phone unlock

Hi, I cannot access anything on my Ionic apart from a message to " unlock with your phone " however my Iphone 7 does not show my Ionic in the bluetooth settings. Can you help please, thanks Ally

HI Ally, If you can see your Ionic in the fitbit app on your phone tap on your account icon on the top left of screen then tap the ionic tab scroll down to device lock and see if you can select disabled.

If you can't see your Ionic in your bluetooth on the phone turn your Ionic off and on again.

Settings/about/shutdown to turn off, press the last back button to turn on

Have you tried to go through the set up a device again?

I assume this Ionic was previously setup or is it brand new
