Ionic problem appear logo only

My Ionic just appear Fitbit logo only.Click the off button , the screen will blank then after release the button, Fitbit logo appear again at screen. Already try shutdown using the all button, release right bottom button, release left button, but all failed also. Can someone have any idea?

If a restart doesn’t help, I would contact customer service.

Has it only started doing this since you updated the firmware?
