Hello

 

I can't sync my ionic with my huawei p 10, android 8.0. I can't do down load of fireware 3.0 and connect my ionic with app fit bit in my phone. 

 

I turn off and on Bluetooth, my reset ionic and update is always failed!! Failed in step 1! Never starts the update. The connects with Bluetooth and WI fi was sauced !

Hello @vitorpauli  your title says that you can not send, but the body of your post looks like you're trying to setup the tracker, while is it?

Is this the first time you are setting up the tracker?

I've noticed that your phone has not been tested yet for compatable, so I suggest searching the boards with your phone model.
