Ionic problems gone blank and blue gree bars on screen

My fitbit Ionic started acting up after a swim yesterday. First the screen would not respond, so I was unable to track my steps or anything on the watch. The time was fine. Today the screen has completely gone blank and the back of the watch where the green lights would blink, has gone dark. No green lights. The watch should be fully charged because I charge it every night. Any suggestions?

Try restarting it several times (though I kind of doubt that will fix it - but worth a shot). If it doesnt you will need to contact Support (link in my signature)
