Ionic problems - is the Fitbit response always to factory reset?

I’ve been having problems with Fitbit pay and been emailed by Fitbit team to say I should do a factory reset. This presumably will require me to reload all music etc. Anyone got any other suggestions?

Can't offer any other suggestions without knowing more details than "I’ve been having problems with Fitbit pay".

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thanks for your reply Johnny. The card I use for Fitbit pay is showing up on my app but keeps disappearing from the watch. Sometimes I go out for a run and the card is showing on my wallet, then at the end of the run when I stop off to buy a drink or newspaper it has disappeared. I’m thinking about deleting entirely because it’s not reliable. Any suggestions would be gratefully received.

@Julieo97 Fitbit has only one solution for all problems and it is always related to a factory reset.
