Is anyone else out there with an Ionic watch having steps and hours completed randomly dropping hours from 9am till noon, on November 11th 2019. I watch my Ionic counting the steps I had taken, and the hours I completed the 250 steps during my goal period of 9am to 10pm, but suddenly at 12 noon, it dropped all the steps acquired during those hours, and all the hours completed. It recorded steps I completed from Midnight to 3am, and since noon it is recording again. But why did forget those steps (about 3000) and hours that I completed (3) from 9am to Noon. I mean, who can complain, its no world shattering event. But why bother owning a Fitbit, if its going to randomly drop the counts people make, through out they day. Maybe its time to switch to a reliable watch like Samsung or Apple. This is my 2nd Ionic. The first only lasted from March till August, and now the replacement is flakey too.

@Baatkinson98 Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried.
Sorry to hear that this happened to you. I would like you to restart your Ionic and then continue checking the information you get. Also, please double check that there are no activities logged that might affect the data you're getting and that you don't have any other device paired to your account. Please let me know if this has happened again?
Keep me posted.
