Ionic randomly died and now won't connect

Yesterday I went for a run. I checked my battery level before the run and I was at 35%. About a half mile into my run my watch died. I had this happen once before, a little over a month ago, but it worked just fine after that. I got back and started charging it, within a ten minutes it was around 55% charged. I went to transfer different music onto my watch and it said it was not connected to the WiFi. I went to connect it through the Fitbit app on my computer, but it kept saying it couldn't find my device. I tried the app on my phone, and it said the same thing. I haven't noticed anything else malfunctioning since my watch died randomly yesterday. I hope someone can offer some help, thanks.

Hi, @Andrew38! I'm assuming you've tried already, but have you tried giving the Fitbit a few restarts? Press and hold the left and bottom right buttons until the tracker vibrates.
