Hello,
My Ionic is useless since the last update. As soon as I start a running exercice, it will reboot after some time (can be 20 minutes, or just 5 minutes). After that, if I restart the exercice, it will do it again !
I even tried to start a simple timer to count the time and it also rebooted.
I'm saying reboot but sometime the screen is just off and I need to reboot it with left and bottom right buttons to recover my clock face.
I don't know if it can help, but I noticed that after a reboot, the clock was 15 minutes late and, without running any app, it gets back to the correct hour after 5 minutes.
During the day, with only the clock, it's working normally.
Is it possible to roll back to the previous update?

@_arthur_ Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the detailed information shared and the troubleshooting tried.
It's not possible to roll back to the previous firmware update. It's pretty weird what you're experiencing with your watch. In this case, I've shared your post with our Support team and they will continue assisting you through email.
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
