Ionic reboots itself after every several minutes.

My Ionic turned off having about 48% of battery charge. Tried everything to turn back on, but nothing. I connected it to the charger and it showed 0% charge. All in 15 minutes. I recharged it and after a couple of hours I noticed the screen was totally blank while on the charger. I did a hard reset and the logo came up. Waited for it to turn on and after it showed the hour setting, I tried to see if heart rate and steps where working but it would not change out of the watch mode. It then rebooted itself and keeps on rebooting after a while. Only the watch is working... help
