Ionic recall payment not received after 12 weeks

Hi iv been trying to get a recall payment for 12 weeks iv been told the 7th of june i was ment to receive a code to claim my refund. 12 working days ago i received another email, saying within 7-10 woking days i would get my refund, iv been on the phone to fitbit most of the day and live chat the last 8 weeks iv reviced the same copy paste answers to check my emails and spam, also that they cant do anything else, today i managed to get ahold of 2 good people that wanted to help, iv found out that infact the comperny that deals with the refunds havnt had any news of me aka my name email or anything and i was told that i shouldnt have recived any emails or been told dates of repayment as they legit havnt put me on the repayment system. Im skocked to hear this. This needs to be resolved. Its been going on since the 10th of may. Thank you for your time.
