Ionic recording Steps but not Syncing

Since lunchtime yesterday Ionic won’t Sync. Records Steps but won’t Sync to show Exercise or Sleep. Done ALL troubleshooting steps.

Mine has stopped picking up WiFi signal so does not communicate with iPad.

Had to do a Factory reset. Now seems completely goosed 🤬

Go to product help forum you’ll find the solution there. First thing to do is make sure your phone iPad is updated to latest IOS.

i did this and it cured the problem. It’s just a matter of following the information.

Since then I’ve done a Factory reset and the Fitbit is now completely dead 😟

Can not get my Ionic to sync to phone app. Ugh. Did factory setting too and now its not wanting to comnect.
