I live in norway, is it still possible to refund the fitbit? Do you known until when?

There's a voluntary recall for Fitbit Ionic.  Please contact our team for more information about Ionic refund, please visit our web page at help.fitbit.com/ionic. We don't have an estimated date for the end of this recall.
