Ionic refund took awhile but finally got it

Just letting people know here that I tried a lot of different ways to get my refund with a lot of going around in circles with emails and phone calls since I was told I was getting refund in July and will be 6 weeks with no joy until I did a post here and got a email from someone here and sorted it all out got refund 299usd last night so there is still hope for anyone trying to still get it thanks
