Hi all,
My Ionic (only about 8 months old) hasn't synced with the app for about a week. I've tried resetting and restarting everything several times, to no avail, so this morning I thought I'd unpair and try to re-pair with the app. That's killed everything.
When I'm asked to enter the number on my Ionic's display, I get repeated messages on-screen saying "The operation couldn't be completed (com.fitbit.HTTP error 400)." It goes through this a few times, flashing new numbers on screen, until I finally get an iPhone screen message saying "Something went wrong - there was an error while trying to pair your device", the only option being to then abort.
I have an iPhone 7 Plus and wonder if it's just one of the many amazing ways in which Apple tries to force an upgrade, but asking here just in case there's something I can do. At the moment I have a great Ionic watch but the data disappears at midnight every day.
Thanks.

Same is happening to me and just got off with customer support. This was already a replacement for another ionic that the same issue happened with. They told me that my warranty was derived off the original purchase and not my new replacement. How does that make any sense??? So it looks like I'm out of a relatively new ionic and probably switching to the apple watch instead.
