About a week or so ago, my Ionic started registering steps and sport activities I was definitely not doing.
I did a reset, I shut it down and restarted it, I let the battery die and recharged it. Nothing fixed it.
It registers steps, heart rate and even activity when I'm not wearing it.
No, it is not sitting near any vibrations that would cause it to do this.
I have to say that I'm starting to lose faith in Fitbit and thinking of moving on to something else... but this watch cost me quite a bit of money when I bought it just a little over a year ago. I would expect that it would last me longer.
Looking for a resolution to this problem. Please help me!

Welcome to the Community @Butt3rfly. Thanks for taking the time to share that detailed information about what you're experiencing with your Ionic.
Sorry to hear about your Ionic not registering steps and activities. I appreciate that you've checked that your watch isn't near anything that might be tracking extra steps.
In this case, I've shared your post with our Support team and they will continue assisting you.
I'll be around if you need further assistance.
