Ionic removed from devices in latest update

In the latest update my Ionic has been removed from my linked devices and I no longer see it in my phone app or desktop. The Ionic is asking to be unlocked by phone.  I cannot see the device to unlock it.  When I try to add the device again it is recognised but won't show the PIN.  Any suggestions would be great.
