Fitbit Ionic battery drained and shut off, put on the charger as normal but won't charge or show charging. I followed procedures to reset, and it will show the logo then diming phase-out, and vibrate, but then won't turn back on. Have tried pressing all buttons, and just the two, same thing... logo shows, dims, vibrates, then nothing. I did notice a slight background light but then nothing.
I've cleaned both the watch back and charging magnetic strip. I'll keep trying.
Other suggestions. Now day 2 without it, I feel naked without my Fitbit!
