My ionic not restarting kindly suggest

Are you saying that your tracker will not turn on?

Or when you hold in both the left and lower right buttons the tracker will not restart?

Have you tried through the settings menu?

Yes not turning on even hold on both buttons
It is not switching on how can got settings menu

Now Fitbit response is it outside the warranty 

I don’t know how these devices are manufactured . After usage of 15 months device will shut off 

I don’t know how we need believe Fitbit 

it better buy local product

I don’t think Fitbit response form defective product
Produce defective product keep quiet until warranty
I don’t know what kind of business Fitbit doing.
If Fitbit want money do some other kind of business. Not take hard earned money from customers

My ionic was dead after few weeks it shows 0% battery can any one suggest me how recharge
