Ionic restarting when playing music

I've had my Ionic for about 10 months. Recently, last couple of months, when playing music, using bluetooth earbuds, my ionic automatically shuts down and re-starts. Happens about every 5-10 minutes. Only occurs when playing music. Batteries are fine, connection is good, just keeps re-starting.

Yes, they did give me assistance. They recommended things I have already done. Things I saw in these forums. Nothing worked. Device keeps rebooting. Told them. Silence. My fear, my warranty is upon one month and attempts are in place to delay until device is out of warranty then I get the 25% discount offer on a new device.
