Hi,
I saw another thread around this but no-one seemed to have an answer. My Ionic has started re-setting after you start a run. Is there any way to fix?

@Amanda_Slowrun Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned.
It's pretty weird that your Ionic is resetting when you start a run. I would like you to restart your Ionic and continue checking if it works normally after this. Also, could you let me know if it's resetting all your data or if it's crashing when you start the activity?
Keep me posted!

I purchased the Fitbit Ionic for my boyfriend and he has only had it for about 10 months. Over the past 2 months or so, his Ionic will crash in the middle of a run and reset. It is getting very frustrating for him.

We've restarted and even factory reset our Ionic and the problem is not fixed.
